Refund policy

Our goal at Mariano Moreno is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, you may be eligible to return your order.

Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to process your return:

     Accessories:

1. Accessories are not eligible for return.

     Garments:

1. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
2. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
3. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
4. We, marianomoreno.boutique, must be contacted through email (info@marianomoreno.boutique) within 30 days of the purchasing date.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or charge a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact info@marianomoreno.boutique within 30 days.
2. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
3. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
   If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@marianomoreno.boutique.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you review our size chart and take your measurements accordingly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
